Almond Crunch


1 cup activated almonds

1 tbs chia seeds

1 tbs flax seeds

1⁄4 cup rice malt syrup

1 tsp coconut oil, melted



  1. Toss almonds, chia and flax seeds in rice malt syrup and coconut oil.
  1. Cook in the oven on 160°C for 15 minutes and allow to set hard.
