1/2 c buckwheat flour
1/2 banana mashed
1/2 c water or almond milk (or so, until pancake mixture consistency).
Whisk all together, cook in a fry pan on medium heat in a bit of oil/spread of your choosing.
Blend 1 frozen banana with a few tbs water… Yep that’s it! Or for something a bit more fancy, see my Banana Nice Cream here.
Top with banana (cooked in pan also) and a bit of vanilla essence.
For added sweetness add 1 tbs rice malt syrup
Add ½ tsp of cinnamon
Add ¼ cup of sultanas (for a raisin bread pancake)
