Breakfast Bowl


1/4 a frozen banana

100ml of water

A handful of frozen berries

1 tsp of maca powder

1 scoop of vegan protein boost (optional)

A small handful of kale or spinach

¼ cup sunflower seeds

¼ cup pumpkin seeds

¼ cup buckwheat groats

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp almond butter

1 tbs ground flax seeds

1 tsp cocao powder

1 tbs desiccated coconut

1 date, chopped

¼ fresh banana, sliced



  1. Mix together the sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, buckwheat and cinnamon, and place on a tray in the oven for 10 minutes at 200 degrees until brown.
  2. Make your nice-cream by blending together the frozen banana, water, frozen berries, maca powder, greens and protein boost.
  3. Place the nice-cream in a bowl, top with the seeds and buckwheat, coconut, peanut butter, ground flaxseeds, dates, cacao powder and fresh fruit.
