Cherry Ripe Brownie


1 cup of dates
1/2 cup of black beans
1 cup of almonds
1 cup of dedicated coconut
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 packet of frozen pitted cherries
5 scoops of vegan chocolate protein powder (If you don’t have any – add 1/4 cup of cacao and an extra 3/4 cup of almonds, or to taste – add gradually)


Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Bake 10 frozen cherries for 30 minutes, turning half way through
Blend all ingredients together. Blend dates, beans and almonds first until chunky
Add all other ingredients
Bake for 30 mins
Allow to cool for ten mins in tin then move to a cooling rack
Top with dedicated coconut and baked cherries
Serve… best warm!
