Cherry Ripe Smoothie


3 ice cubes
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I choose Arbonne – it’s vegan and your body absorbs 70-80% of the protein compared to whey (20-30%).
1/2 cup frozen pitted cherries
1 tbs cacao powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup water
Handful of spinach leaves
1/2 cup frozen zucchini

Blend until combined.
