Choc Mint Smoothie

Ingredients:

200ml water

1/2 frozen banana

1 tsp ground flax seeds

1tsp chai seeds

1 tsp maca powder

3 fresh mint leaves (straight from the garden 🙂 )

1 tsp cacao powder

3 small kale leaves/small handful of spinach

Optional: 2 scoops of Protein Boost (I choose Arbonne’s as it is vegan and gluten free).

 

Directions:

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  2. ENJOY 🙂
