1/3 cup of melted coconut oil
1/3 cup of rice malt syrup
1/4 cup of tahini
1/4 cup of cacao
- Mix all ingredients together and pour onto a tray lined with baking paper.
- Top with your favourites (toasted buckwheat, sunflower & pumpkin seeds and goji berries)
- Set in the fridge (or freezer if you are really impatient!)
