5 scoops of Arbonne Essentials Chocolate Protein or Meal Replacement Shake Powder
3 large medjool dates
1 cup of cooked black beans
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
Blend in a food processor
Place in a non-stick slice/cake tin
Bake for 20 minutes
Allow to cool for 10 minutes before removing from tin.
Allow to cool for 30 minutes
Decorate with ‘chocolate mousse’ (see below), coconut, strawberries etc.
Optional: add a handful of crushed nuts into the mixture after blending.

2 tablespoons of coconut yoghurt
Blend until combined.
