You may need to experiment with consistency and taste with some ingredients.
Post workout: Add 1/2 a frozen banana
You can also add 1/2tsp of turmeric and ginger each, for more hormone and blood sugar benefits. And pumpkin/sunflower seeds – in your smoothie or on top of, in a smoothie bowl (just make smoothie thicker and place in a bowl).
Blend until combined in a food processor/blender.
