Jalapeno Hummus Dip


1 cup chick peas

2 tbs tahini

1 garlic clove

½ juice of a lemon

1/2 tsb cumin

½ tsb paprika

1 tbs apple cider vinegar

2 tsp Dijon mustard (watch for added sugar, salts and oils, better option, leave out)

1-2 jalapenos, diced (choose to your desired heat)

Extra sliced jalapenos for garnish.


Mix all ingredients in a blender until combined.

Serve with  home made potato wedges or basil lentil chips (See other Hummus & Burrito Bowls recipes for details).
