Quinoa and Veggie throw together

1 cup cooked quinoa
1 zucchini
6 cherry tomatoes
5 mint leaves
1 garlic glove
sprinkle of turmeric
handful of kale
half cup cooked chickpeas

1. Cook all ingredients in a pan (except mint, quinoa and chickpeas). Cool until brown.
2. Mix with warmed quinoa. Add chickpeas and chopped mint.
