Rice Porridge

1/2c pre-cooked brown rice (or quinoa)
1/4c almond milk
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tsp rice malt syrup

1 tbs flax seeds

1 tsb maca powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Mix all ingredient together. Cook for 90 seconds and top with toppings of your choosing… I love bananas and sunflower seeds or mixed berries.
