Vegan Chocolate Mousse



3 tbs raw cacao powder
1/4 cup coconut cream (chilled)
2 tbs chai seeds (create a texture like choc chips)
1 tbs rice malt syrup
1 tsp natural vanilla extract

Add more of cacao, cream and rice malt to suit tastes.

Addition: 1/4 cup chai seeds with 1 scoop Arbonne chocolate meal replacement.



Whisk with a folk until combined. Refrigerate for an hour (or throw it in the freezer for 15 minutes!) Serve with strawberries.
