Vegan Pizza



¾ cup psyllium husk

¾ cup buckwheat flour

¼ c chia seeds

¼ c ground flax seeds

¾ cup water



Organic tomato paste
(salt reduced)

10 kalamata olives, pitted

1 small zucchini, grated

1 small tomato, thinly sliced

5 small mushrooms, sliced

Handful of kale leaves

1⁄4 medium red capsicum, sliced

Sprinkle of mixed herbs

1⁄4 cup vegan ‘bio’ cheese, grated 



  1. To create the base, mix the dry ingredients and water together, use a rolling pin to roll flat onto a round baking tray and cook for 10 minutes on 200°C
  2. Top with organic tomato paste and topping ingredients listed. Cook for a further
15-20 minutes until
golden brown.
