1 tbs of psyllium husk
2 tbs of buckwheat flour
2 chia eggs (2 tbs chia seeds to 6 tbs of warm water mixed together)
1 cup of almonds, blended into meal
1/4 cup of savoury yeast flakes/nutritional yeast flakes
1/4 of a cup of water (add gradually until dough consistency)
Organic tomato paste (100% tomatoes, no added salt)
5 kalamata olives, pitted
1 small zucchini, grated
1 small tomato, thinly sliced
5 small mushrooms, sliced
Handful of kale or spinach leaves
1⁄4 medium red capsicum, sliced
Sprinkle of mixed herbs
1⁄4 cup of savoury yeast flakes/nutritional yeast flakes
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- To create the base, mix the dry ingredients and water together, use a rolling pin to roll flat onto a round baking tray.
- Top with organic tomato paste and topping ingredients listed. Cook for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
