Zucchini Slice

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup of warm almond milk, add 2 tbs chia seeds, and allow to sit for 5 minutes

1 large zucchini, grated

1 large carrot, grated

1/2 medium size onion, diced

1 tbs of arrow flour

1.5 cups of almond meal

1/2 tsp of baking powder

1 tsp paprika

Shake of pepper

½ cup of nutritional yeast

 

 

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all ingredients into a large bowl, mix and add to a rectangle cake tin.

2. Bake on 200 degrees for 1 hour.

3. Allow to cool before removing from tin. Slice and enjoy on its own or with salad.
