Ingredients:
1/2 cup chia seeds
Juice of 3 limes
1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
1/4 cup almond milk (or water), added to desired consistency
1/2 cup of berries of your choice (if frozen defrost first)
1 scoop of vanilla protein (optional but encouraged for those hormones)
Directions:
1. Soak the chia seeds in the lime juice, coconut yoghurt and almond milk for 1-3 hours (or overnight is best)
2. When ready to eat, add the protein powder and stir.
3. Top with berries and your choice of granola/nuts and seeds.
