About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup maple/rice malt syrup or honey

  • 1 cup puffed buckwheat or GF oats

  • 1 cup almonds, chopped roughly (thermomix 4 for 10 seconds)

  • 1 cup each of:

    Day 1-14: Flax/linseeds & pepitas/pumpkin seeds, roughly chopped (thermomix 4 for 10 seconds)

    Day 15-28: Sunflower & sesame seeds (thermomix 4 for 10 seconds)

    (so you will have two different granolas).


*NOTE: If you don't have a regular cycle, start day 1 on the new moon.

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix, or thermomix on speed 2 reverse.

  2. Add granola to a lined baking tray and bake on 140c for 20-30mins until golden brown, stirring half way through.

  3. Store in airtight container and put on smoothie bowls, with coconut yoghurt and protein powder or make overnight oats and top with granola.
