About the Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of organic coleslaw (+ kale or spinach) from the supermarket (or better still - make your own - obv longer than 5 mins)

  • 1 tbs of Coles (or other) organic coconut yoghurt

  • Sprinkle of salt

  • 4 falafels (or other protein of choice - chickpeas, lentils, meat, eggs). Bite me range is best (no seed oils).

Preparation

  1. Place half the coleslaw in a container/bowl

  2. Add coconut yoghurt & salt, mix together

  3. Heat falafels if desired & add to coleslaw mix. ENJOY :)
