Between school, sport, hormones, screens and constant pressure, teens are more overwhelmed than ever. Many feel tired, hungry-but-not-satisfied, stressed or unsure what to eat... While being influenced by TikTok trends and conflicting advice. Your teen doesn’t need strict rules or a diet. They need simple support that helps them fuel their body, understand their needs, and build confidence from the inside out. That’s where Teen MindFuel Coaching comes in. 🌿 This coaching is perfect for teens (12–17) wanting to understand: + How to fuel their body for sport, growth and school + What balanced eating looks like for steady energy & mood + Why protein, carbs and healthy fats matter + How food supports hormones, focus and strength + How sleep, stress and screens impact wellbeing + How mindset shapes confidence, motivation & choices This is general education, not medical advice & applies the Gillick competency for teens under 16 and parental consent under 14. 🤎 My Approach (Gentle/teen-friendly) I blend: 🧠 Mindset & NLP Tools: For confidence, emotional regulation, motivation and healthy habits. 🍽 Real-Food Nutrition Education: Simple, pressure-free guidance on protein, carbs, healthy fats, iron, zinc, hydration and fuelling for sport and busy school days. 🌱 Nervous System Support Breathing, grounding and focus strategies for stress, study and sport. Everything is age-appropriate, supportive and empowering. ✨ Coaching Options Option 1: 1 off session to get a feel for working together (1 x 45 mins) Option 2: 3-Session Teen Fuel Series (3 x 45 mins) We cover: ✔ Balanced meals, macronutrients + micronutrients ✔ Mood, energy, hormones + sleep ✔ Sport fuelling, motivation + habits Includes ✔ Teen-friendly cheat sheets ✔ Messaging support between sessions. Option 3: 6-Session Teen Fuel + Mindset Series (6 x 45 mins) For deeper support with mindset, performance and/or energy. Everything in the 3-sessions plus: ✔ Stress & nervous system tools ✔ Weekly planning + confidence skills ✔ Recipe ideas 🌟 Session requirements: = Signed consent form = A quiet, private space = Openness to share & learn This program focuses on education + mindset, not diagnosis or clinical treatment. Cancellation Policy
One-off sessions & Voxer Coaching - Non-refundable. Coaching packages - Fees are based on a whole program experience/container (calls, email/text/Voxer support, intellectual & physical property) and not based on an hourly session rate, therefore; - No refunds after 14 days or if physical/digital material received. - No payment plan cancellations after half of the program time has passed. 12 hour notice required for rescheduling, otherwise session is forfeited.
