Service Description
Progress check-ins matter. Your return consultation is where we review how your body is responding, refine your treatment plan, adjust your protocols, and continue the deeper mindset and nervous system work. Healing is not linear! Return consultations ensure you're supported every step of the way, not left to figure it out alone between appointments. Women often tell me that return consults are where the real confidence starts to grow... Because they begin to trust their body again, sometimes for the first time in years. Each session you'll feel more in control, more informed, and more like yourself. Available in person across Lake Macquarie and Newcastle, or via telehealth Australia-wide.
Cancellation Policy
One-off sessions & Voxer Coaching - Non-refundable. Coaching packages - Fees are based on a whole program experience/container (calls, email/text/Voxer support, intellectual & physical property) and not based on an hourly session rate, therefore; - No refunds after 14 days or if physical/digital material received. - No payment plan cancellations after half of the program time has passed. - All sessions must be completed within 5 months for 3 session packages and 9 months for 6 session packages to ensure continuity and effective progress/outcomes. 12 hour notice required for rescheduling, otherwise session is forfeited.
